Come on guys.  Do you need help fixing something?  A questions of resources?  Just give us anything on the matter, it's been way too long for something so simple to be down.  A lot of people depend on this to switch their existing characters over, most of which aren't willing to start over.  It cannot be that hard to do a database lookup and spit back a token.

they said they are fixing it we dont know how bad the problem is even just patience keep cheaking back if u want ill post if i get mine done every 12 hours

hopefully they can fix it soon i came home  for  christmas holidays at 22 and have to leave at 26 again i wont be infront of a pc until 5 of january , if it was out of service for 24 hours or 2 days i can understand it but its around 5 days now that is not working ,

Vailer probly better off waiting till the 5th TBH not much use just logging in for a few hours either way atleast u can rest easy knowing next time you get to your PC you will be able to paly forsure maybe take this down time and do some other things for the christmas holidays go visit some old friends and such BTW Merry christmas everyone maybee today we will get a christmas miracle

Would it be possible to post this open on Twitter, and gives us an update when you get it back online?
Its really starting to annoy alot of people right now, and being open og clear about it everyone will appreciate it alot.
Ive got a lot of friends trying to join the server again, but their all losing their temper now.

For all of you complaining about getting "annoyed," and how easy it must be to set up a system to transfer accounts from one server to another, clearly have no idea the amount of effort it takes to design something like this and keep it running smoothly, especially on a scale like this.  It's not as easy as just pressing go.  Let these people enjoy their holidays, they don't work on your schedule. I'm sure they are doing their best. Have some respect.

They just posted yesterday they are working on it and that there is no ETA. What more do you want. I want my account too but all you can do is be patient.  Maybe nothing will happen, but they can't say something they don't know for sure until they do. They are doing everyone a favor for attempting to do this, for free, you can't be upset if it takes a while or doesn't work at all.

I just encountered this problem today.. is there still hope? Since i've read something from nostalrius on twitter saying "the transition period is now over" and i kinda have feeling that this is it, no more transfers you know.

Might as well add my voice.  Have two level 20's and the import says "Note: you must not have any characters on your account." so I'm going to wait to play till this works
