my pets don't have growl or other passive abilities learned

Hi GM team,

I have a lvl 23 hunter and I learned growl (level 3) but it's not in my pet skillbook, neither are all of the passive abilities I learned. I had a wolf for 13 levels and it didn't have growl, I thought the problem was the wolf, then I tamed a cat and all it has is cower. Please fix this issue for me, it's difficult to level my hunter without this skill.
