Founded late 2016, between the transition from Nostalrius over to Elysium. DEMISE is a progress-dedicated, competitive enhanced raiding guild on Elysium-PvP. Our core has been established from so-called 'top-notch' players originally from various p-server environments and retail. While our primary focus is to establish and maintain a dominance position within the PvE scene we also like to set our focus on the PvP-part of the game.

Since the server launch, DEMISE has been able to earn the server first lvl60 'achievement' (Critten) and was part of the server first MC/Ony clear along with Praise & Vigor, 2 weeks after the servers initial launch. Update 25/03: Kazzak server first.

Raid times (GMT+1 / Server Times):

  • Tuesday: From 18:00 (6:00pm) - Open End
  • Wednesday: From 18:00 (6:00pm) - Open End
  • Thursday: Filler Day for Onyxia/PvP
  • Sunday: Filler Day for Onyxia/PvP

 

Open positions (due to the summer, all positions are open)

  • Warrior: High
  • Paladin: High
  • Hunter: High
  • Rogue: High
  • Priest: High
  • Mages: High
  • Warlocks: High

 

We always welcome exceptional applications, even if the class is not mentioned above.

 

What to expect from DEMISE:

  • Dedication to aim for server first clears.
  • Fast and clean raids. Always aiming for the best times.
  • A mature, experienced, and drama free environment.
  • People aiming for high PvP ranks, we usually maintain up to 2-3 premades each day.
  • Decisive, Open-To-Talk-To leadership with former leading experience up to 15/15 Naxxramas.
  • Organization. Structure in all relevant aspects.
  • Transparent loot council system.

What we expect from you:

  • Maturity, always. During progression, in premades, or during world bosses we expect you to keep a level head and think logically.
  • Following orders. Our class leaders or officers may ask you to do something and may not have time to explain why right in that moment. We expect you to take directions. If we need you to change spec, profession, sit for a boss or two, etc, then you must do so. If you have any problems, then you are more than welcome to contact said leader later on once things are finished.
  • 90%+ attendance for raiding. We expect high attendance for world bosses as well but understand if a boss spawns in the middle of the night. If you cannot attend you MUST contact your respective class leader.
  • Extended raid times for progression. Anticipate longer raiding hours for the first clears of new content. 
  • Skill. We aim for the top ranks so we expect our players to know their classes inside and out, NOT just learning a class for the first time. This guild is not for the casual player. We expect you to know what pieces of gear you should be aiming for, how to dps at peak performance for bosses AND TRASH. If you cannot perform as well as the others in your class, then you are holding down the raid.
  • (excluding ZG, Ony and possible farm raids in the future) ALWAYS bringing full consumables to raid AND full world buffs. TO EVERY SINGLE RAID
  • We are a loot council guild and DO NOT TOLERATE people who whisper and cry over loot after each and every boss. The leadership has played vanilla for many years. We DO NOT favor loot, hand it out randomly or anything like that. Loot is distributed to those who have high performance, play well consistently, and who have the right attitude. Of course, class itemization is also taken into account
  • Be willing to PvP.
  • Progress and maintain your characters, always.
