cant make it past login

Realmlist is downloaded directly from you guys.

Account was verified

 

 

Trying to login for my first time. cant get past login screen. goes right into a "disconnected from server" message. some help would be appreciated.

im having the same issue, I believe its a pretty common problem but I think the servers may be down atm??

 

*edit* - Someone on discord said "Delete your config.wtf file in your WTF folder. You may have been inadverntely added to a test realm."

Servers seem to be down for about the last 2 to 3 hours. they made a tweet saying it was maintenance and would be up in 20 to 30 mins but was quickly removed and as i said its been down 2 to 3 hours now. so good news is, its not your fault! at least yet!

Is there an accurate way to check the server status of the realms? The website told me there were 6000 people playing today but everyone in this thread and some others haven't been able to access the game.

Is there a way to get up to date information from the staff? The forums/twitter are ghost towns when there's a problem. Half the time the server is having issues the website will be down anyway.. where do people get news from?

Open your realmlist.wtf file, and make sure the line starting with SET realmname contains the value "Nostalrius PvE" or "Nostalrius PvP".

 

Any other value (e.g. "QA Server") will give the diconnected effect.

ya mine doesnt say that. "no realm name" i will give that a true but now its saying my account is closed? but the link is to wow europe so it must be an error.

is their login servers down maybe?
