lost things

Dear Gms,

 

I played for my shama and server was disconnected. Shortly after that i logged back, im not found my clothes form bank, bags and money.

 

Everything that wasn't equipped was  lost.

 

I had a large collection of items (T1, BWL etc) and i spent a lot of time to collect it.

 

Maybe you could roll back, when it was transferred?

 

Please help me.

If you transferred from Nostalrius please think about this:

I suggest not having the same password as on Nostalrius, I highly advice you to change it immediately if you haven't.

GM's does not restore lost gold or items unfortunately. You must secure your account as described above.

Have they stated somewhere that they will do nothing ? Since this is a special case (lots of people have lost items), i think maybe there should at least be some answer on what will they do.  I imagine they do not know themselves yet.

Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.

Since the server just re-opened and AQ40 is around the corner I believe that an exception ought to be made on vendored gear. This would not affect the server's economy whatsoever. 

Only downside is that it would be a big hassle for the high level GMs.

They could make so that its possible to import account for second time if you got your character ruined (and delete hacked acc). Dont know if possible, just think it could be theoretically easier than to manually go through and add back items

+1. I lost all my gold too but my gears were still there. This has affected a lot of players. Idk if admins have frozen all the stolen gold or not.
