This post is about the people who are against the .stopxp command.

 

They have no valid reason to be against it and every reason to be for it. 

 

UNLESS they are trolls, and like any troll, if they didn't think of an idea, they are against it, EVEN if the idea helps them.

 

Many of these trolls mention that a .stopxp command is not "blizzlike".

 

This is a stupid argument--because BY DEFINITION a pirate legacy server is ENTIRELY "unblizzlike".  

 

Nothing could be more "unblizzlike" than a pirate legacy server.

 I will actually answer you with my opinion regarding levelstop. I think, it's part of the process of making a twink to plan ahead. You need to plan ahead, sort things out and playing the character itself isn't the biggest part. Therefore if you make a character for lvl 19 you need to calculate whether it's best to start exploring zones at level 10 or level 15; when will you die less and it's less of a hassle. It's all part of the experience.

And if you would make it truly blizzlike from other expansions with levelstop, it could backfire because now all twinks will be in a different queue than normal leveling characters without .xpstop and every once in a blue moon a BG will open for these stacked twinks only fighting prems. I rather want to be in the same BG as all the nontwinked characters.

Stop exp is retarded. The entire point of being a "Twink" was to be as efficient at getting your gear as possible so you could stop leveling/questing/doing dungeons at 19 and destroy people. The best were always people who knew the best way to do it and had a main with tons of money for BoEs and chants. If you are personally not good enough to get it done right then you do not deserve an "end all twink". As pointed out by many, you may need to get back to retail.

Their are many reasons to twink.  That is NOT one of them. Let me list the actual reasons people twink...

 

1.  It's fun

2.  You don't have to grind 60 levels

3.  You get to kill noobs (not my rerason but I am sure many love this part of twinking)

4. Short Q times

5.  There is an ongoing twink community stretching back to 2005.

6.  See reason #1

OK I will explain this to you.  I would also like to gather herbs with my twink and do dungeons and explore and do world pvp without having to worry about leveling.  

 

The .stopxp command gives players who want to twink the FREEDOM and LIBERTY to do other things besides pvp on their twink character.

 

ANYONE who thinks that is a bad idea is either a masochist or a troll or not very bright--Fapmonsoon fulfills at least two of those roles.

Plain and simple.. if you want to play on a server with custom coding to cater to your "casual" play style and needs, I am sure there are many out there. I am now seeing that you are nothing more then a race baiting troll who is doing this just so intelligent players, or even the players who want a "true vanilla wow experience" will say it isn't a good idea, so you can in turn cry that its not fair that no one is catering to your needs. PvP twinks are meant to be played in contested zones you explored beforehand and in BGs. No, you wont run dungeons anymore.

Same goes for retardins not DPSing after getting 60 and elementals will always be behind mages. Deal with this iteration of the game and start play on Kronos as there is a .xpstop.

90% of the people abandoned Kronos because they didn't like the funserver configurations on Kronos like 5g respec or .xpstop. Just stop complaining here, because you KNEW beforehand that Nostalrius is going for the most blizzlike experience and NOT for funserver configurations.

It's like you vote for Hillary Clinton and you are suprised that she tries to get more democrats into congress.

It will not happen as Nostalrius doens't want funserver options on this server.
