Cannot hand in quest but quest log says "Completed"

Hello

I experienced the issue when gathering Bloodscalp Tusks for both Cyclonian and the other quest in STV which requires the same item,

Now I cant turn in quests to either nps, and cant complete neither. I have farmed hours on end for the Cyclonian quest. 

 

I have heared that you should put your questitems in the bank and then abonden ->reaccept and it should work.

 

Anyone know if this is viable?

You shouldn't even have to take the items to the bank.

Simply abandon the quest, retake it, then hand it in.

Fizzle are you sure? THere are a lot of quest items related to these quest. Wont they dissapear?

Quest items shouldn't disappear after abandoning a quest unless you delete them. If you are worried about it, put them in your bank first. I can assure you that the problem will be fixed after doing so though, I've had a similar dilemma myself.
