Ashocck 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2016 (edited) I have 2 characters on the PVP server. A lvl 23 that was a transfer from Elysium at lvl 15 and a lvl 1. An hour ago I logged in to my 23 and while checking the AH, I got disconnected. Logged back in and got disconnected as soon as I started browsing the AH again. Several attempts resulted in a disconnected message at login screen and when I finally got back to the realm, my 23 was missing and I only had my lvl 1. After logging off and then back on again, I had no characters left at all. To top it all off, when I logged in to my account on the main site, I got the message that my account was successfully transferred (just like after redeeming my token) but had no characters in it. What's going on? If the account was hacked, then it's a weird one. Usually, characters don't get deleted. I tried to change my password by going to Control Panel and instead of my account info I got the below: If nothing else, I need to be able to change my account password. Ideas? Thanks.
