lazyrogue 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2016 Character Name: Lazyy What happened: I logged off for the holiday weekend, like many I am assuming. When I came back my gold was missing, so I obviously knew my account got hacked (never shared info with ANYONE, nor do I use the same login/PW for accounts). This really burned me, I had spent a long time farming, and I lost close to 600g. The next day I logged on again (due to not knowing how to change my PW at the time) and everything in my bags and bank were sold, that could be sold. The only thing they left me were my bags, non-sellable items, and my equipped gear (thank god, full BiS rogue). I lost my 'Carrot on a Stick", full T1, full riding set.... etc. Considering I have only played on two private servers, and used completely different log in info, I am under the assumption this was a security breach with the server, that aside, I would just like my stuff back. Even if I cant get my items, the gold would be nice considering that AQ40 comes out in a month, and I work full time and have a relationship to take care of, so endless farming is kind of out of the question right now. Any advice or comments from a Dev, or someone in charge would be fantastic to say the least, and considering this happened to a large portion of the community, this could really hurt the server if totally ignored. Next Steps: This seriously needs to be addressed, the only silver lining for me is that I have a really supporting guild that will probably assist me in being consumable ready in the next patch. For all the guild banks that were hacked, the players with less than desirable situations trying to make a start, this is a total deathblow. Microdots 7 Report post Posted January 4, 2017 You will need to make an ingame ticket. This is the guidelines in which they follow regarding restoring items. III. Character/Currency/Item restoration Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances. Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored. There are two exceptions to this: Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them. Raid items with the rarity of Epic and above can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the conditions below a. Exact date of the raid; b. Video of complete encounter which also shows the raid ID, loot and complete list of raid members; c. Name of the player who received or should have received the item.
