Gear isn't accurate?

Hey, so I'm sure a lot of people have experienced this but a lot of my gear is not accurate. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to go about this process?

So for instance I am missing my vis'kag the bloodletter and my headpiece is green when I had mask of the unforgiven.  All of these items where on my realmplayers character search as well. http://realmplayers.com/CharacterViewer.aspx?realm=NRB&player=Amzoyo

Mildly frustrating seeing as that sword is pretty hard to get and that mask took a фекал ton of runs to get.

All gear aquired after 6th of April is not part of the database backup, and therefore not restored.

Your realmplayer data was taken after Nostalrius' announced their closure, so you need to be able to proof you had the items before that.

Ok, then they won't be restored since Nostalrius' announced closure on the 6th.

well i got it before they announced it being shut down realmplayers updates every 24 i believe

If the last one, then you still haven't proof'ed you looted the items before the deadline.

im not sure how i can prove it besides the fact that i said i got it before they announced being closed down and it being on my realmplayers profile.
