Can't log in

Hey guys,

every time i try to log in my account I receive "disconnected from the Server". Can you help me please :)

Ok, try this:

Open your config.wtf file in the WTF folder, and look for a line beginning with SET realmName.
Change the value to "Nostalrius PvP" (or PvE) and login again.

I am having the same problem. Happened all of a sudden 3 days ago and have not been able to log in since. I tried changing to Nostalrius but how are you typing it in? You said set realm name to Nostalrius Pve. I typed it in that exact way. Can you show me how it should be written in. I tried putting logon first and tried without it.

For example:

SET realmName "Nostalrius PvP"

 

Note: This is int the Config.WTF file - not the Realmlist.WTF file.

The order of lines doesnt matter.

Just tried that exactly and still not working. It was fine and I was playing for days without any issues. I don't understand. Didn't touch anything. Thank you for trying. One more thing. You have it as realmname is it that or realmlist?

I had it exactly how the site said to do it and it worked. Now I have it like this Set Realmlist "Nostalrius PvE"

No, set realmname "Nostalrius PvP", not realmlist. If there isn't such a setting in the config.wtf file, then add it manually.

Oh ok. I just checked and Nostalrius PvE is #22 on my list in folder. It was already there. My config.wtf folder has like 48 items listed and Nostalrius Pve is 22 on the list. Hmmmmm

This is a bummer. It just connects for a few seconds and says disconnected from server

You can try (it won't hurt) - system re-creates it when you log in.
