Just moved 6 blocks away new ISP same computer

Title pretty much says it all.  I was just relocated by my landlord due to mold and water leaks in our building here in Hong Kong.  I am not logging into my account because I've heard your staff has been flagging ip changes for bans.  I spoke to SNOW on the discord and he told me if I ever had an issue like this since our landlords change stuff a lot on us to contact him but I can't seem to message Him anymore.

 

How do I go about keeping my account from being flagged?  I'm still using g the same computer, same Mac address, same computer I'd Information but different home...and ip Internet provider.
