Looking for GM's help in the first day of New Year!

Greeting GM! Happy new year! I was  a  casual  gamer since 2007 the first time touch wow, im so pretty never played vanilla wow before . 
In  September 2015 , I came to nostalrius , basically i just got a good experience , friends partners in this atmosphere. I enjoy it .
I admire your team for doing a good job to safeguarding the atmosphere in this server. Ofc , I always respect and comply with the terms of use.
But now i have a trouble. Ma character : taobao  ID : dxyess , It is impossible to Frequent Hacks Occurring , my account has been baned (I used  a password on that server and also use it on Elysium . Hackers encroached on my account.  I gussed The Client of them has  been detected by the system. ) After   i realized this , I connect GM in game in ths first time , to explain my problem. Im a honest man and dont want hide my problem , I hope GM can think it over seriously , Iput inordinate amounts of energy for my character , and a hardcore in our guild. I never consider make a profit in this game. This time is an accident . I have played this game almost 10 years . MY friends also worried about my ban.
