Sixmist 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2017 Hi, I am looking for an addon that shows what item in the quest I am completing gives the most gold. Anyone know if there is such a addon for wow 1.12.1?
Alumian 5 Report post Posted January 1, 2017 (edited) So you're looking for an addon that shows the vendor price of an item. Got it. I might suggest Informant, although I speculate that some of the sell prices may be inaccurate. EDIT: Informant has two dependences: EnhTooltip and Stubby Edited January 1, 2017 by Alumian Added Informant dependencies and download links
Sixmist 0 Report post Posted January 1, 2017 (edited) I want an addon that shows the one that gives the most without me having to mouse over every one of them. Something similar to this icon of gold coin which you can see in the screenshot. Edit: For example addon Quest Reward highlights item with the highest sell value. But the oldest version of that addon is for wow 3.2.0 :( Edited January 1, 2017 by Sixmist
Alumian 5 Report post Posted January 1, 2017 Right okay, yeah sorry I don't know of any addons that do that :(
Kralomax 1 Report post Posted January 1, 2017 (edited) You are looking for Pawn or Dugi guide addons. I have looked for this myself, but there is nothing I could find for this version of WoW. edit: If you find something please post it! Thanks Edited January 1, 2017 by Kralomax
Sixmist 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2017 There is also addon Vendor Bait which has only one code page. Perhaps one of the talented people would be able to backport addon for vanilla wow :)

shirsig 18 Report post Posted January 6, 2017 (edited) It's "vendor sell" without the dash. http://i.imgur.com/RBRT5gL.png Edited January 6, 2017 by shirsig

(i made macro "/aux tooltip vendor-sell" and it doesn't work - still no prices) maybe my aux is outdated but it works pretty fine... thanks. parabol 0 Report post Posted January 27, 2017 in case anyone has the same questions: The folder must be named "aux_merchant_prices" and it is installed as a separate addon (though you can delete it after the first session). You also need a new version of aux to go with it of course. The command is /aux tooltip vendor selland yes, there will be a confirmation.
SheHadManHands 0 Report post Posted January 28, 2017 (edited) There's a vanilla addon that does exactly what you're asking for. It's called PriceDB. Sadly I haven't been able to find it anywhere. If you do please let me know! Edit: I found it! It's part of this guy's interface, in the addon folder. http://www.mediafire.com/download/8p48hbfm88g9h2i/Interface.zip Edited January 28, 2017 by SheHadManHands
