Cannot turn in the quest "Components for the Enchanted Gold Bloodrobe"

I want to report that I just finished gathering all the materials for the quest "Components for the Enchanted Gold Bloodrobe" but I am unable to turn the quest in.

Thank you very very much, I am not kidding, I was legit sad because of the work I put in and was really looking forward to getting it, I hearthed back, logged off and was about to quit because I didn't want to be disappointed for a stupid reason like that again. Again, thank you very much.

I also abandoned an took the quest again and now i can't even get the item of the NPC (the "Fine Gold Thread") and the ticket in the bug tracker is dead.
