MBlood66 0 Report post Posted January 2, 2017 Earlier, I tried whispering my friend who just started a level 1 priest and I couldn't get my message through. After the first one, I can't send a message on any channel (general, say, yell, party, etc.) Before I sent that whisper I was talking on many channels. Nelythia 44 Report post Posted January 2, 2017 (edited) If your character is below level 7 you are not able to whisper or chat in public channels. Exception is the guild channel (only one I know). Edit: Actually after reading it again, you might encounter that "You have to wait 60 seconds before speaking again" which is a recent bug. After these 60 seconds it should work.
