ffreds 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2017 I posted awhile ago on the old forum directly to the moderators and have not heard back about my main character's gold disappearing. A few days after that you guys posted about accounts being hacked but I am not sure that is what happened. My main champ still had everything in his inventory, all his gear, and there was still money in the mailbox from the auction house. All my other alts had their currency intact. If I did get hacked am I just out of luck? It seems other people reported the same bizarre situation that happened to me. Microdots 7 Report post Posted January 4, 2017 As per lost gold/items the staff has a firm stand on restoring them. You can find it in the terms of use section III. This is why I recommend players taking pictures of newly acquired epic or legendary gear. III. Character/Currency/Item restoration Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances. Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored. There are two exceptions to this: Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them. Raid items with the rarity of Epic and above can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the conditions below a. Exact date of the raid; b. Video of complete encounter which also shows the raid ID, loot and complete list of raid members; c. Name of the player who received or should have received the item. ffreds 0 Report post Posted January 4, 2017 Thank you for posting that. Where can I access these terms? I am not finding it on the website. This still SUCKS. I never played on any private servers except nost which from what I can tell was not hacked. If it wasn't hacked then it was a bug which could happen again.
