Girlfriend and my accounts banned

We both tried logging in today to find that our accounts were banned without any reason.

Account names: Andromeduh and Woohaw

PVP Realm

PM for emails

HIghest level characters: Andromeduh and Woohaw

No reason provided for the ban and never received any emails. Was looking forward to playing today and encountered this bummer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah it's a visual bug that was supposed to be fixed a day or so ago.
