Cant get ingame mail

Hello! I sent some items to one character from another characters at same account, but still didn't get any mails. I can send from this character, but can't get any mails on it. Any solutions?

Have you waited for one hour?

Mail needs one hour to arrive in Vanilla. Except you send gold or pay a COD.

 

Also, are you sure you have send it to the correct character?

If u send from one character to another at the same account, the mail should arrive immediately. But yes, i tried to send items and money from different characters and my mailbox is still clear =/

If I remember correctly the "same account = no waiting" rule came way later.

 

Close your game and delete the WDB folder in your WoW directory.

Then restart the game and check if the issue has been resolved.

 

If this doesn't work, it is most likely one of your addons at fault.

This rule works with another characters, so it's should arrive immediately. Thanks for your advices, but it didnt help ufortunately. I deleted WDB folder and disabled all addons - still have no mails. I even tried to buy smth from auction, and the auction mail arrived after relog. But not mails from another characters.

Then I would say you sent it to the wrong character :/

 

A GM could probably forward it to a higher up so they can check for you tho.

For this you may create an ingame ticket.

 

Remember that tickets have to be created using the "Stuck" category

I tried to send 5-10 mails from different characters, so i'm sure that name was correct. I created ingame ticket, hope GM will find the way to help me. Thanks again for your advices!
