I had a similar issue 1-2 hours ago.

Turned out I was muted by the spam filter because I used a "$" or something else that was filtered.

 

Try to make a ticket and see if they unmute you.

Click the red "?" in your microbar.

Click "Issues a GM can assist with"

Click "Stuck"

Click "Still not working, page a GM"
