Hello, have you logged in ever before? Or is this your first time and you've never been able to log in? Are you sure you changed your realmlist? Can you take a screenshot of your login screen?

Could you answer the other questions? There could be a number of things wrong with your client, just trying to single it out.

Did you change your realmlist correctly?

Okay.. Can you go into your WoW folder, and then go into your WTF folder, and then delete config.wtf, then try again. If that doesn't work, can you open up your config.wtf after trying and copy and paste it here?

What operating system do you use? Do you use a usb device for your internet? One that you'd connect to your laptop through a usb port

Okay, go ahead and right click your WoW.exe, and then go to Compatibility and then select Run this program in compatibility mode for WIndows 8, and then give it a try

What i had to do in order to edit/save the realmlist.wtf file is to make sure my user profile had security permissions to edit the file (it wouldn't let me save the updated/edited list) I had opened it with both notepad and notepad++ (notepad++ would seem like it was saving it, but it was not working properly) I had to go to the parent folder (World of Warcraft 1.12) right click and go to properties > security Tab > click on my user profile and click on "Edit" > Click on my user profile again > click "Full Control" in the Permissions for Users section > click OK > click Apply then edit the realmlist.wtf file. Then I could save and had no issues. (Also running on Windows 10)

Yeah, a lot of the time the changes you make to the realmlist.wtf file are not saved. However, in his config.wtf it shows the realmlist, which means that the realmlist.wtf was saved correctly.

I am hoping that since he hasn't answered back since my last suggestion, that that worked for him.

Did you confirm your  account.

Also one our guy was having same problem, and what he did: turned off running in compatibility mode, and "run as administrator". I hope that helped.
