Your mails are spam tagged

Hi guys, 

Im product manager of a freemail service centrum.cz

One of our users is a big fan of you and he is unable to get some confirmation mail you sent him.

We see in our system, that your message was refused as spam. 

We really need to see that e-mail (in .eml format) and what did you got as a response (SMTP log) 

Then we can analyse, why is your email spam tagged.

Could you contact me on [email protected]? We provide mailboxes for a wide range of people from Czech Republic, Slovakia and Croatia.

Wow, thanks for the initiative Ondřej :). I would say this is the definition of above and beyond :) Let's see if we can actually accomplish something.

If you are planning to transfer either Nostalrius or Elysium characters to your new account, we advise you to use the same e-mail you used on your previous account. If you do not do so, your account will be flagged for investigation of potential account trading in the future

That was taken from the account creation page. If you have any issues I would take it up with the GM staff by ticket. Or make a post in the contact admin link I provided earlier.

Ha, good point. Well if we do not fix the issue Ondřej raised, I will not have a choice other than to use a new email address.
