Will character xfers from Nost be allowed here?

I apologize if this is covered somewhere as I couldn't find it. I'm j/w if Nost characters can be xferred to this new PvP server. I actually hope they cannot but regardless I'd like to know.

On-topic. I doubt they will allow server transfer at all as this server is fresh and even has the timeline (raid releases) reset to original. Therefore if you had players transferring over with BWL or AQ gear ...when the instances aren't even released that would seem...interesting wouldn't it?
