Created account but no e-mail

I registered an account a few hours ago, but I didn't get the confirmation e-mail. Any tips on how to solve it or when will I get it?

Apparently this happens to everyone since yesterday.

 

Check each folder (normal, spam, ...)

If you can't find it, try to resend it via control panel. Do this every 30-60 minutes until it arrives.

Created an account earlier today and I have not received a confirmation email, I have gone to control panel and sent it again but nothing yet.

However Created this account on the forum and that worked.

I'm having the same problem as the poster.

Yeah, same here. I've created an account yesterday but no verification e-mail. I've tried resending it, but still nothing. My verification e-mail for the forum did come through instantaneously though.

And that suggests that people not peoing able to confirm their emails is intentional, a way to try and counter the queues.

So according to the sticky post 'Transfer & Email Issues' the backend is experiencing a huge amount of verification e-mail requests and they are reaching the limit of what their e-mail providers allow. So resending the verification e-mail is actually counterproductive ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Apparently not. We get the "account banned" dialogue when we try to log in.

Me too. I tried to make an account 8 hours ago, and i didnt get confirmation email. Is it the result of queues or something? Maybe some headadmin can say something?! It will be good for us.
