Sarrowind 3 Report post Posted January 10, 2017 I woke up today and was briefly able to login. My character was exactly where I left her at the AH in SW. I had zero gold and decided to reset my password. The URL sent in the email does nothing except go to the control panel page. This is the only private server I've ever played on, so I have no prior credentials that could have been stolen or sold. I'm not really sure what to do with zero money and a mount sitting around the corner in 5 levels to buy, and the fact I cannot reset my password. Sounds like you need to use stronger passwords and look in to using the 2 step authentication feature that they recently implemented once you hear back from the GM's about your password issue. Sarrowind 3 Report post Posted January 10, 2017 It does bother me a bit considering this is the first private server I've ever played on, so there was nothing to reflect upon due to other servers. Being a tier 3 voip engineer for a large corporation, I know security very well, my password had 2 upper, 2 lower, 2 special, 2 numbers, and was 14 characters long total... No one guesses that.
