Does Elysium ever work?

Hi.

I've been a player for about 3 days, and 2 out of those days I haven't been able to play.

First, I never got an activation email - there was some issues with the SMTP server (I assume?). And now the server is offline like 80% of the time.

Now I'm stuck at "Authenticate"

 

So, I'm wondering. Is Elysium always like this?

Its use to work, but you dont see the bigger picture here, they launched a new server, it got soooo hyped and ofc everythings goes to hell. And ofc there will be some problems.

I suppose that you trying to play on the new server? The old PvP and PvE have been working fine since the launch of the fresh server, only problem was today with authenticate thing but I got in for around 2-3 hours ago after they took all 3 servers down to try to fix the problem.

What do you mean "does it ever work"? It's been around for 3 1/2 days. It's a new server launch. It will be horrible and nearly unplayable for the next week to 2 weeks. Not bashing the staff at all. That's just the reality of a new server. Deal.

Are you guys talking about a new server or a new realm?

 

I've never seen any realm pass 24 hours uptime. Everything appears to be offline, again.

Also, I'm talking about Nostalrius PvP, not the new realm.

I'm level 30 and have played every day except the day it launched, so yes it seems that it works.
