Lisana 0 Report post Posted January 12, 2017 well as for me, I did not get dced randomly - I just finished deadmines and run off to sentinel hill with my Girl, then the Server went down. During that time when it was down. after like 20 min the message popped the first time but all in all ist maybe the same Problem we suffer from ..I guess this shut reached out to the Elysium Staff and I am really looking Forward to Hearing anything regarding my ban-apeal soon, Im sure it can be prooved im innocent / a victim and I would do anything to have my dear account and character just back and Keep my journey on Elysium pvp as every1 does ... especially my friends and gf who all are very concerned about all this :-( we all just changed pws and will track the latest News better in future, thats for sure alrdy PS: hackers just die, rly - fuk 2017 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

luccippe 0 Report post Posted January 12, 2017 Yeah, this banning business is bad and will only potentially hurt the reputation of the server if not sorted out. Too many people coming in whom state they have done nothing and get banned; and now we get people who have yet to log on even being banned. Guest Report post Posted January 12, 2017 Hi all - so first off ... there are no "random bans". I'm not sure where this idea came from, as it's never happened on Elysium. Each ban is done for a reason, and thoroughly assessed prior. From personal experience handling ban appeals, maybe 1 out 300 bans have been a false positive. And the ones we have found to be false positives, were recognized prior to a ban appeal. Secondly - I cant look into your account with ZERO account/character information. Luckily - I found your account via ip. Your account was banned due to the account db leak from another private server - and your account was banned to protect it & stop the gold spam that was being used on your characters. Please change your account password via the control panel immediately, as a second unban won't be possible if you choose to use insecure login credentials again. Have fun! It's been up for 3 days now with no response. And what server is the one that had the database leaked? Help me please put a lot of time in my account :( I am bus driver and have but nothing more than 2-3 hours on the day my beloved classic to play ... please help me and does not take me away .. I can not anymore ... whom I also lose still I am completely Alone .... please give me my warlock account again.Tell me how I have to prove it is my account. It is already enough that my community has disowned me just because I have little time to play ...
