There seems to be numerous bans for no reason, same thing happened to me today... with this many people banned for no reason who knows how long it will take:/

Ban Reason/Notes: I logged in, than was looking at the internet how i can make my next quest.. Than got DC, logged in, go to the toilet and got another DC, logged, banned.... Please i would like to play or my bro and friend level up and i got sucked at 13 lvl :((( !!! HELP PLEASE!!

Ah yes, more of the "so many bans for no reason" and then it's going to be discovered that all of you were using anti-AFK scripting.

I don't really care for your accusations, but i already invested 25 hours in this character and got banned for seemingly no reason.

I'd love to play but if I can get banned for no reason whatsoever, I can't trust the staff enough to invest even more time.. I hope this will be resolved

Its easy to run your mouth Papalok, try putting yourself in our shoes. You understand that they most likely used an algorithm to deal with their issue due to the volume of people. Also a lot of the banned accounts were pretty high level and I know my /played consisted of hardcore questing before logging out in an inn and getting banned.

You need to post the ban appeal in the section called Ban Appeals. That sub-forum can only be seen by GM's.

You cannot delete a post, but you can edit it after you've made 10 posts. In this situation it is a weird rule, since you have to spam the forum to erase your account information!

Actually yes, the methods the use to ban accounts seem to be highly flawed.  Was not botting, did not use an anti-afk script, did not buy gold, still had a level 58 deleted along with a few leveling alts.  Whatever the logic behind their banning is, I suspect they need to take it back to the drawing board because the banned for no reason threads are becoming greater in numbers on the site/server.

Highly flawed, lol. I had my issue (gold spamming because of the same pw as another private server), dealt with in game by a GM after having my ticket sat there for 2 days, I changed my password. The next day I get perma banned for the same ваууing thing and my appeal has now been in for 6 days.

wow, guess i'll be waiting weeks or more. I've had my appeal posted for almost 2 days now and im getting anxious. Maybe they got 1 poor guy working the ban appeals section. Hopefully they're replying to everyone regardless of whether or not they're going to be unbanned or not, just to give the posters closure.

Grats! I got a reply to my appeal but no lift on a ban. Seems their anti cheat didn't like that i was using a tool to change character models. Wasn't aware it was against TOS, so i'm awaiting further response. I put quite the time into the characters i have there so it'd be a shame to lose them.
