I've send 4 items to a player named Gastheyikes via COD. it's been 2 days and i couldn't get back my items. he said there was no mails in his inbox. Guest Report post Posted January 12, 2017 Hi Xenvju / Radd The C.o.D system should be functioning correctly. The "unclaimed return" system should send it after 3 days. Lehman Russ 13 Report post Posted January 12, 2017 Provided that you sent the mail items to the person with the correct name, he's lying to you. On the flip side, if you are certain that you clicked on the COD option, and not regular mail, then they will never be able to accept the items without paying the COD charge you specified when you sent the mail. I think the time frame is three days (on retail it used to be 30) before the mail will be returned to you, minus your 30c for each item sent. If you don't get anything back, you did not click COD in the mail options and your items are gone. Elysium staff are not going to replace it.
