Drain life breaks too early. It should break at a range longer than cast range, but it breaks too early. Thisis almost gamebreaking because of locks' reliance on fear, which almost always sends them out of range. The spell was designed with this in mind from the start. It should break somewhere between 25 and 30 yards, but currently breaks at 20, the cast range. Watch any vanilla warlock PvP video and you can see it being elastic and see that it is obviously not working correctly on Elysium.

There's now clear way how to make a bug report, so help with that would be appreciated.

The only response to bug reports I've seen from admins on here is a suggestion to post it on the bug tracker.
