Having the same issue, yet quite sure my account hasn't been compromised. I play in the same room as my mate, could that be a reason? really pulling my hair out as to why my account could be closed : /

EDIT: Can now log in after password change, can confirm nothing has changed, i wasn't hacked (my mates play too, they'd see if any of my characters were active) 

Possible that something triggering and banning people?

i change the password but still have the same problem

your  not alone, ive the same problem. but  i can log in the website.

Same problem. Password changed, 2Fa enabled. No response for ban appeal yet.
