I came back and i got this message when logging in "Your account has been closed", the exact same thing happend to me on Kronos WoW, and the reason there was gold advertisement which i didn't do. I do have same username and password on Nostalrius just like i do on Kronos 2, maybe same person hacked me?.. The common response is "It is your responsibility to protect your account". This is because every person who has ever been banned for this (correctly or not) has said "It wasn't me I must have been hacked". It's not my damn fault the account information got leaked by hackers. The Fapmonsoon 14 Report post Posted January 13, 2017 I understand this, but at the same sense anyone can download a program to spoof where you are IP wise. What this causes is player 1 claims hack by player 2, but really is using one of these programs which shows it was another country. Admins then give all items and gold back to player 1, who was never truly hacked to start with thus giving more gold to the same people they are trying to stop. I have yet to hear a GM remove a ban, and from what I have seen and understood, they really take it seriously when they ban someone. again, best of luck to you and sorry it happened but be happy that it wasn't a raid geared 60 and was just a 15. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Perma banning them with no chance of appeal is the only way these morons will start taking account security seriously. They werent leaked from Elysium. You already said that you used the same info from the server that was hacked. They very specifically said that IF YOU USED THIS SAME USER NAME AND PASSWORD ON ANOTHER SERVER to change it immediately because ANOTHER SERVER had been hacked and info leaked. Jesus kid, even if you were banned incorrectly, at this point I feel its better you don't have your account. All of this over a level 15 rogue.....
