Mage learned "BLINK" spell, but it never appeared in spell tab

Hi,

I just hit lvl 20 and learned all my spells, but noticed that the blink spell did not appear.
I tried logging out and in, making sure i closed the client completely before logging back in without any changes.

I also tried making a " /cast Blink " macro, but still no luck.

 

I really hope you can help me with this.
