Banned and I havent even been playing?

Hey I just tried to log in after not playing for the past few days, i logged in about 2 days ago to let my 4 year old niece run around, but that's all she was doing. so I don't know how she would of ended up getting banned. I havent received an email stating why I was banned either.

This obviously is a mistake so please re-activate my account, or let me know of why it has happened. cheers.
