Sirius 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2017 So I was hacked last night like many others. I get it, it's my own fault. Now I'm trying to change my password but whenever I fill out the reset password page and hit Change Your Password, it basically just refreshes the page? Nothing was changed because I was still able to log in to Control Panel with my old password, but now I can't log in at all because I get a Too Many Requests error. What am I doing wrong?

Sirius 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2017 I was logged out of control panel. At first I couldn't even get to the password reset page because I was still logged in to Control Panel. After logging out of Control Panel and then clicking the reset password link I was finally able to get to the password reset page. It's just not doing anything though? I type in a new password twice, hit Change Your Password, and the page just refreshes?
Sirius 0 Report post Posted January 14, 2017 (edited) I tried to re-do the process from the start. I log in to Control Panel, request a password reset, log out of Control Panel, click the new link in my email, get brought to the password reset page, type in a new password, hit Change Your Password, and the page just refreshes and nothing changes? I'm not logged in to WoW either. I'm using Chrome and I just tried it on Firefox also. Same thing Edited January 14, 2017 by Sirius
