Raeburn 0 Report post Posted January 19, 2017 The best leveling spec is considered Frost for mages. Even though Fire might be able to output more damage. Here's why: Frost have way better survivability Easier to get away from gankers Ice barrier at level 40 grants a massive survivability boost Frost mages spend less mana, so less time drinking Frost mages have the ability to level by AoE farming, using Improved Blizzard Fire is still viable and arguably more fun, but it's safe to say you'll end up dinging 60 quicker as Frost. The only reason to level as Arcane would be if you want a change for the popular specs. It'll surely slow down your leveling process. 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
