Please help me my Account seems to be banned

Dear Elysium staff
When I try to log into my account it says it is banned, yet I have never xploited or hacked before. I also didn't get any email saying the reason or anything. Please can someone help me? I would appreciate so much any information about this.

Hey just letting you know that you posted your ban appeal in the wrong spot. You should edit this thread and get rid of this information, because it would be publicly available.
