There you also pay a monthly fee that covers the cost for having paid staff working to care for customers that make mistakes or have regrets. Due to that type of arrangement you could say that you as a customer in retail you are "entitled" to receive a certain amount of service, while it's a bit much to expect here. Even you might think you are a special snowflake, GM's will refuse to help you on that matter. So for your own sake: watch those warning popups when you delete a character next time - there is no way back after typing "DELETE" and clicking OK.
