In videos it shows the application (copy-paste) of some patches of models towards the game (patch-6.MPQ, patch-3.MPQ, etc.) to leave models of characters and creatures like the current WOW, is this allowed? Is banning?

No, any modification of the client files will lead to a permament ban if found.

Model editing is not allowed and will not be allowed in the near future, likely never.
