Greetings,

I am making this post to let the Team know some issues regarding account security.

This night my account was hacked and all my gear and gold got sacked. I've read your terms and agreements and firstly would like to point out that you go fuck yourself.

Why?

Well since your policy stands as it is, here is my argument why you should go do what I said.

I tried changing my password numerous times, but everytime I got a mail for password reset it just opened my control panel lane on https://elysium-project.org/control, from which I could choose to donate you, get a new mail(woah) or get the authenticator.

Hence I was not able to reset/change my password, due to your page not working correctly, or atleast if you are aware of this malfunction or if you say that it is working as intended go atleast post some guide on how to reset it effectively.

today after I discovered the morning delight, I tried again and guess what got the same page with no option to make a new password.

After some clicking I get an error that there are too many requests, hence the frustration.

Authenticator I could not use due to my blockage of credit card which does not allow me to validate my account for software store to download authentication. I point this out as my problem and hence cannot give you any arguments so this is where I go fuck myself.

 

Since your policy is no refunds, well go fuck yourself. You CAN see via logs when it occured and you have the logs to see what the status with a specific character was before the hack. So this is for your highly pro community statement of no refund. 

Since I've taken into consideration that my account will be banned w/e I am saying this sincerly go fuck yourself. 

If you cannot ensure us a safe method of protecting an account with standard procedures and still have the rule of no refund. Well you can see where I am going with this

First of all, im sorry youve got hacked, i feel your pain.

Second, the system in chat is litterly spamming us how to change the password. A simple command in chat will do. Takes 10 sec.

Third, the Two-Factor Authentication works excellent for safety. That's what they offer and strongly recommend to use to avoid these issues. However if you're not able to obtain that app due to other reasons outside of elysium. Do you really consider that their problem?

Don't forget, they can't assure anything unless using their protection.

 

I hope it works out tho.

I admit tho, viewing the logs should be an option.

also: Only Qishqumeen was sacked, other characters have same gear and gold status prior to the hack.

Secondly, you are a loser for not owning a credit card. Even Chinese Gold Sellers own credit cards these days. Grats for failing in life.

Thirdly, you are retarded because you managed to get yourself hacked. Seriously, how did you manage to pull that off? You have got to have the IQ of an amoeba to get hacked. I am guessing that you used one of the following passwords:
