But they already stated that they won't restore anything, they offer protection and its your choice if you wanna use it or not. Using it will avoid these kinds of things.

i used my protection, i joined a "private" server, what is private about it?

And i have not heard from anyone that my items cannot be restored, just some troll with a big head preaching what he knows.

I want help from those responsible for their hosted servers.

I don't know if you are fererring to me or Capone.

However, I am just referring to the current Elysium rules, letting you know all they can do is help you in case your account is banned (by hackers/gold sellers). Everything else (account sceurity) is on you.

Okay, let me try:

1. You failed to protect your account. The keyword here is "fail" as in "you fail at failing". 99% of the playerbase aren't hacked. You got hacked, which makes you liable and a moron.

2. You won't get your shit back. Rules are rules, same for everybody. Sucks to be you.

3. You made someone in China happy today.

4. If you keep failing at account security, you will make someone in China happy again in the future.

The Chinese run most of the gold selling business. They also do boosts, honor farming, botting and power-levelling for a fee.

"III. Character/Currency/Item restoration

Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances.

Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored. There are two exceptions to this:

Unique quest items or keys can be restored with sufficient evidence that the player had previously obtained them.

Raid items with the rarity of Epic and above can be restored in the case of a server crash/roll-back, providing an in-game ticket is sent to us which fulfills the conditions below

a. Exact date of the raid;

b. Video of complete encounter which also shows the raid ID, loot and complete list of raid members;

c. Name of the player who received or should have received the item.

Restoration of any item is always at the discretion of Elysium staff. Falsified information will lead to immediate account closure."
