Horde Blacksmiths, can anyone make Lionheart Helm or Titanic Leggings yet?

I may be mistaken, are these recipes added later? like BWL? or even later? I'm already stockpiling my Wicked Claws and have the Arcanite ready.

Lionheart helm is ingame, but not titanic leggings.

Lots of crafters as well, just ask around in world or trade.
