Ichinoez 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2017 (edited) So I got hacked recently and lost all my shit 200g+ lots of BiS fury warrior stuff and some tank stuff. I got salty at first but I got over it, i know it's my fault for being lazy not changing password or getting 2 step verification.I also know they don't give back shit if you get hacked, but right now i'm just wondering if it's possible to even get back quest rewards? I'm talking about the belt Omokk's Girth Restrainer from Maxwell's Mission/Warlord's Command - Quest it's pretty much BiS early on pre raids for fury warriors and would be nice to atleast get that back since all the other stuff I could get back if I just work hard again, The belt is really all I would want atm i know everything else is gone and i plan to painfully start over from scratch Edited January 23, 2017 by Ichinoez more text
Xerox 4 Report post Posted January 23, 2017 Greetings! We are sorry to hear about your account being hacked. The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Elysium staff does not recover hacked accounts. You should check out our Two Factor Authentication option. However, we can not restore items according to our ToU. Ichinoez 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2017 So I guess "Unique quest items" doesn't go under the category of items or gear? :/

Would a picture like this suffice?http://sv.tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2i6wdf&s=9#.WIYyzVznk_8 I got hacked aswell, but have now taken the necessary steps to secure my account. I understand that it was my own fault and I respect if there is nothing that can be done :) //Sabush

The Fapmonsoon 14 Report post Posted January 25, 2017 Divinesheep, I have explained the answer to why 100s of accounts are hacked or banned already. Sadly you are too mentally challenged to realize to accept the RATIONAL explanation. Please take your toxic attitude elsewhere.
The Fapmonsoon 14 Report post Posted January 25, 2017 Dude, you need to let it go. You messed up. Deal with it. .33% of the total bans being hacks is actually stupid low. Unfortunately you are too stupid to understand that. Please look at vanilla wow forums on hacks and how often they happened. To flame staff and accuse them of screwing up because you are too ignorant to realize it was your own fault...... that is just bad for the community. Again, please take your toxic attitude elsewhere.
Nahaz 5 Report post Posted January 26, 2017 7 minutes ago, beermaiden said: Dude the amount of people getting "hacked" is ridiculous. No way this is due to same user/password used on different sites. One dude even claimed he got hacked right after changing his password. Either there is backdoor to DB, it's security is non-existent or someone inside is giving up the information. However we could speculate conspiracy theories all day here - set up your 2FA sooner than later I also got hacked a few days AFTER i changed my password.
