2FA bugged?

When i use the 6 digit code at in-game login screen it says wrong pin or call customer service, but when I use it on website it is fine and goes through. I had to remove authenticator to log on ingame. Anyone else have this problem?

Ya only works on website. I was able to log on in game with codes last night but when i logged on today none of them worked so I thought i got hacked. I am using WinAuth for windows

Also having problems. got 2 verified accounts on my app and generated a code and typed it in and got it wrong. not says contact customer service. any solution to the problem?

Had same problem. Try use option "update time/time correction" in your authenticator app settings. It fixed problem for me.

I get the same problem. It takes me 3-4 attempts to log in usually.  Very annoying.  Out of interest, which authenticator do you guys use - Google or Duo?  I use Duo, just wondering if it's related to the app specifically.

I use DUO and I log in on the first try.
