I made a ticket about a week ago and it still has not been answered, meanwhile a guy on reddit apparantly made a ticket yesterday and it has already been answered today.... It's getting quite frustrating especially since the "Your have an open ticket" sign is blocking my view of my buffs... Xile 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2017 Are you often online? Depending on the core. Tickets with players online are generally forwarded to the .ticket list. How difficult is your issue?
