BogyOne 2 Report post Posted January 24, 2017 Hi Devs, after recent database shake up I have problem that quest vanished from my log kill Van Cleef in Deadmines (The Defias Brotherhood). Questgiver doesn't issue this quest again and when trying to reshare my group get no return feedback at all (not eligible, already on..., declined quest). Wondering if it is simply hidden I have completed Deadmines. I have looted Unsent Letter but not the head. I have left the character in this state in case you would be able to investigate. BogyOne 2 Report post Posted January 31, 2017 I'm clueless how to raise a bug report ticket: - Can't find 1, 2, 3 for dummies as sticky - I don't see any option around bug trackers to create new - ingame ticket prompts me to raise entry in bug tracker Can anyone help me to get off this vicious circle and link me to instructions on reporting bugs? Sentrosi 0 Report post Posted January 31, 2017 Hi BogyOne, Try closing your client and deleting your WDB folder in the main WoW directory. This will clear your cache and can solve a lot of issues. In regards to creating a bug on the bug tracker, you must be signed into the website (not just the forums - the forum and website accounts are not linked) and you will be able to create a bug report.
