Character from old Elysium Server not transferred

Hello,

 

I moved my old Nostalrius characters some weeks ago to the new elysium servers and all went well.

I had another account on the old elysium server though (before the merge) which a char on it I would now like to play, my account name was identical to now but the character didn't show up until today, the transfer your old elysium chars button didn't help as it says I don't have any characters transferred from the old elysium.

Just wondering if there is any way to get that old elysium char back onto one of the new servers or is it too late now?

You need to create a new account to transfer the old elysium account to.
