According to our ToU: The account owner is responsible for the security of the account and that it's sufficiently protected. Note that Elysium staff does not recover hacked accounts. Elysium staff will not recover any lost or deleted characters, regardless of circumstances. Game items such as experience, gold or equipment that you have lost through accident, very rare failure of the server, or otherwise, cannot be restored. Because my bank isn't touched at all and I got mats worth alot more there, than I had on me, doesn't make sense for a hacker to only take my gold and a couple of silk cloth bolts. But rest asure that the database has not been compromized. However the rollback might have been the reason for you to lose the items described in your post. I know the security of the account is my responsibility, but if there's more people with the same problem of missing gold, maybe it's not our problem. There's over 100,000 players here. Can you imagine how the forums would look like if even 10% of the playerbase got hacked? You got hacked b/c you fail in account security. It sucks to be you. Look in my profile for instructions or video on how to setup 2FA and change your password, or keep playing with no 2FA and the same password to support the Chinese.
