What is happening with this server? I didnt find any problems like this one at the old Nost. Some items have absurd stats, like Arcanist Crown with 14 stamina 13 stamina 8 spirit 10 fire resistance and 15 spd. Yes, here is 14 stmn + 13 stmn, without even intellect. I'm pretty sure it is not blizzlike =/

As for your QQ, yeah it was pretty bloody common with items having wrong stats in vanilla wow.. so Blizzlike confirmed.

Yeah, i know about bugtracker, thanks. But i'm too stupid to understand how to open new ticket there unfortunately. You can be right about vanilla, but i didnt have any problems with it 12 years ago. And didnt have any problems at the Nost as i said. So i'm disappointed in the changes =/

Yeah i can understand that, it's possible this is due to the new core they put up. But surely it will be fixed pretty fast if it is indeed a bug.  I just checked Atlas loot and did a Query server, it shows the  arcanist crown on Darrowshire having 27 int.  (that is what is in the database on the core) 

If you don't have atlas loot, you should get it :D  Also make sure it's just not a problem from some other server you played, that got saved in you WDB folder.  I know it sound bloody rude, but have you tried equipping it and se if your int. goes up/down when you unequip?

Have you deleted wdb after the patch so it's not messed up because of old cache?

Yep, i deleted wdb several times. My atlas loot shows the same as at the picture. Other peoples at the server Anathema can see the same stats. And this item is really giving 27 stamina without any intellect.
