Can't log in

I was grinding in Redridge and suddenly got a huge lagspike. After this lagspike I got disconnected from the server and can now not log in. What is going on?

Same. Server is up though, weird.

same issue just says disconnected after handshaking and authenticating. could i be banned? How do you tell if youre banned? I never bought gold or cheated js.

Also facing the same. Here are some more details. Was currently in Stonetalon mountains at Sun Rock Retreat, doing quest turn ins and vendoring trash.

When I went to my last quest turn in, it wouldn't let me talk to the NPC. So, I went to mail, to retrieve my AH sells and it wouldn't let me open mailbox either. Thought the server was crashing or my internet was going down, but I noticed that people were still chatting in general and I could see players still running around. Shortly after, I got dced and everytime I attempt to login, it says server disconnect.

 

Edit: was also on the Elysium PvP. Be sure to post the realm you were on when this happened guys.

I also cannot login.  At the login screen, I can reach Success but it auto-disconnects me.  My friend and his group are completely fine though.

It seems like the server is slowly kicking everyone off, my friend has stayed online while me and another friend have been disconnected.

I am not getting a Customer Service prompt. Just "Disconnected from server." all sources say the server is functioning fine.

I have also tried fixing the Config.wtf file by removing the server name, and still get disconnected.

I was on Elysium PvP, tried a few 2fa logins, but it kept failing, before it finally said "Call Customer Service"

Now trying to login, it just says disconnected after hand shake. Tried disabling 2FA to no avail

Pretty sure you get a specific message when you're banned. Everyone seems to be getting different ones. I'm just getting insta disconnects here, no Customer Service prompt.

Unless they randomly ban people for no reason, then no. I experienced a random lag spike followed by a disconnect as a person earlier described.

Just adding another report, I've also been unable to connect for about 40 minutes now.  I go through authenticating, handshaking, etc, but then I'm instantly disconnected before getting to the character selection screen.

Is this the customer support message or is something else going on?
